About the Event
Come and enjoy a gentle yoga stretch, combining hatha and yin yoga as well as Kung Chi- lead by Miss Wendy, then we will finish with a barn tour to meet all the animals. This event is for the whole family. You must register and pay to hold your spot in the camp. You will need to bring your own mat and water bottle. Can't wait to see everyone there.
Camp fee- $25 per family up to 5 people. $5 for each additional member.
About your yoga instructor- Ms. Wendy has studied modern dance at Connecticut college with Martha Graham, Lucas Hoving and Jose Lemone. Wendy was owner and instructor at School of Ballet Arts in New York, teaching ballet & fitness classes. Wendy has 10 years experience practicing yoga in Virginia, St. George Island, Apalachicola, Eastpoint and Homosassa, Florida. You will be amazed at how well you feel after…
