There are always so many different opportunities at Hillman Horsemanship. From volunteering, instructing, to our Juniors Programs.

Lesson Instructor

E Quest Teen Club

H2E Club with Ashley

We are seeking a lesson instructor for our lesson program. Must be the Hillman Horsemanship Way. Do not need your own horses or tack.
Must be 21 years old or older. Please send us your resume if interested.

We have started a Equine club that is targeted for ages 7-12 but great for any age that wants to learn about horses without riding. Club members will be able to earn pins and patches for activities completed.

The cost of the club is $20 per person/per meeting and covers cost of materials. This club meets twice a month and happens every other Thursday from 5pm-7pm (our first one was July 25th).

Part of what the club consists of: learning body parts, body langauge, vet care, different sports, how to care for your horse and more!

Our E Quest Teen Club is for ages 13-17.

At each meeting teens will work together on various projects around the barn such as cleaning tack, washing buckets, cleaning around the barn, etc. We will also learn about the animals and horses at the barn. Meetings will be teen lead with the help from adults.

Meetings will be held twice month starting in September. Each meeting $10. If interested please email us to be put on the list.

Junior Volunteer Internship

Our Junior Volunteer Internship Program starts at the age of 12. This program is designed to teach you all about how to do chores, help with camps and birthday parties. This teaches leadership and responsibility . Our Volunteer Internship Program is designed to teach and train participants to be able to work at the barn in the future.
